When does the Cabinet Minister intend to bring forward the consultation on regulations to implement the children not in school provisions of the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Act?

I recognise the importance of these provisions, and I am carefully considering the most effective approach to implementation, looking at our work on both children not in school and children missing education. Further information on next steps, including any consultation on secondary legislation, will be provided in once those considerations are complete.
