Cwestiwn
Mae'r cwestiwn a'r ateb yn Saesneg gan nad oes fersiwn Gymraeg ar gael.
Does the Welsh Government utilise the cohesive communities teams to provide pro-migration and or pro-asylum narratives to counter opposition to immigration in Welsh communities?
Ateb
Atebwyd gan Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Minister for Social Justice and Equality (Sioned Williams)
No. The role of regional community cohesion teams is not to persuade communities to support immigration or asylum policy. Their role is to help maintain safe, cohesive communities by reducing tensions, addressing misinformation, supporting constructive dialogue, and ensuring people can access accurate information and support. This includes listening to and responding to community concerns, as well as supporting those affected by hate and discrimination.
