Ateb
Atebwyd gan Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Minister for Social Justice and Equality (Sioned Williams)
The position paper referenced in your question was published in 2020 by the 2016-2021 Welsh Government administration. Since then, a number of changes have been made by the UK Government to the UK immigration system which directly impact Wales, and reforms are ongoing.
This Welsh Government has been clear that we must have an immigration system that works for Wales.
