Speeches count contributions in Plenary and committees, leaving out the Llywydd's and deputies' chairing. Votes cast are out of the votes held while the Member sat. Against party means voting for when most of the Member's own party voted against, or the other way round; abstaining doesn't count.

   Questions to the Counsel General

   9. What legal advice has the Counsel General provided to the Welsh Government regarding the use of AI-enabled smart glasses in public buildings such as libraries and swimming pools given the ban in courts and tribunals? OQ64749

6. 19 October 2026, Legislation Committee

Instruments that raise issues to be reported to the Senedd under Standing Order 21.2 or 21.3

Just in terms of when the documents will be published, obviously, fishermen are going to need some more guidance about this, and, as such, there's no indicative timetable as to when this is, especially if they're fishing, and they need to have guidance.
