Question
What are the terms of reference for the review of the Corporate Parenting Charter and will it consider whether corporate parenting duties should be placed on a statutory footing for devolved Welsh bodies?
Answer
Answered by Deputy Minister for Social Care, Mental Health and Women’s Health (Delyth Jewell)
Although the Corporate Parenting Charter is not under review, there is ongoing engagement with organisations on progress with delivery of the Charter and the Pledges. We will continue to keep the position on placing corporate parenting duties on a statutory footing for devolved Welsh bodies under review.
