What consideration has the Welsh Government given to the need to update the Redundancy Payments (Continuity of Employment in Local Government, etc.) (Modification) Order 1999 in relation to school staff?

Powers to modify the Redundancy Payments (Continuity of Employment in Local Government, etc.) (Modification) Order 1999 are not devolved. The Order provides valuable protection to local government and other employees including in maintained schools.
