What assessment has the Minister made of the public health risks associated with of Melanotan 2 nasal sprays, commonly known as nasal tanners, and what consideration has been given to regulating their use in Wales?

We have made no assessment of these products, which are unlicensed in the UK. This would be a matter for the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) which has warned people against using these types of products in the past.
