What was the total expenditure, both capital and revenue, by the Commission on offices occupied by third parties on the Senedd estate in each of the past five years?

The Commission sublets office space to the BBC and ITV. For the period in question, the Commission has incurred no expenditure on this office space and the cost of any refurbishment work has been met by the third party.
