Data is regularly gathered from Local Authorities on the volumes of materials they collect and recycle. The most recent annual figures show that in 2019/20 Local Authorities sent 47,720 tonnes of plastic to be recycled. The data is available on the website ‘myrecyclingwales.org.uk’.
