Will the Minister provide an update on development of the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Rhyl?

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board have submitted a Full Business Case (FBC) to Welsh Government for the redevelopment of the Royal Alexandra Hospital and surrounding campus.
The FBC is now back with the Health Board following a number of important issues being raised through the scrutiny process.
