What discussions has the Minister had with the Welsh Government department responsible for local government and with local councils regarding new powers under the UK Building Safety Act 2022 for local authorities to issue remediation and contribution orders on developers?

The new powers under the UK Building Safety Act 2022 in relation to remediation and contribution orders are only applicable in England.
