Question
Will the Welsh Government make a statement on cloud seeding and whether it is aware of any such activity in Wales?
Answer
Answered by Minister for Climate Change
The Welsh Government is not aware of cloud seeding techniques ever having been employed in Wales.
Cloud seeding does not feature in any of our policies. Neither the Met Office nor, as far as we are aware, the UK Government, have this matter under active consideration.
