Question
When will leaseholders be able to apply for the £375 million Welsh building safety fund?

As the member will be aware, Building Safety forms part of the Co-operation Agreement.
The Welsh Building Safety fund is accessible to leaseholders via Responsible Persons only.
Work is underway to develop the second phase of the Welsh Building Safety Fund, informed by the survey work taking place.
I will make further announcements on this matter in due course.
