Question
How many reviews of NHS continuing healthcare assessments were requested and how many resulted in a change in eligibility for NHS continuing healthcare, broken down by local health board and in each of the past 5 years?

The Welsh Government does not routinely collect this information from Health boards. A revised Performance Framework for Continuing Healthcare (CHC) is being developed which will do so.
