Question
What was the longest time between a review of a NHS continuing healthcare assessment and the date the review was requested, indicating if the case is still ongoing, broken down by local health board and in each of the past 5 years?

Answered by Deputy Minister for Social Services
The Welsh Government does not routinely collect this information from Health boards. A revised Performance Framework for Continuing Healthcare (CHC) is being developed which will do so.
