What steps in the Welsh Government taking to ensure that the developer Redrow PLC meets its obligations under the self-remediation contract with Welsh Ministers on 18 April 2023 about fire safety at the Celestia development, Cardiff Bay?

My officials are engaging with Redrow in respect of their obligations for all buildings under the terms of their contract.
We have received Redrow's baseline plans, and my officials are analysing the return. My officials are working with Redrow to ensure they meet their obligations of the contract.
