When does the Welsh Government propose to complete the transfer of roads in the SA1 development to Swansea Council?

The Welsh Government will complete the transfer of roads in the SA1 development to Swansea Council when the Council issues Part 1, Part 2 and Final Certificates in accordance with the Section 38 Agreements. We estimate this will take a minimum of 18 months, dependent on the Council’s response.
