Will the Minister outline what specific guidance and communication the Welsh Government have conducted with the Driving Standards Authority regarding the introduction of 20 mph limits in Wales and how this will impact on driving lessons, learning material and driving tests in Wales?

Driving tests and lessons are non-devolved. The Welsh Government has provided the DVSA with a communication toolkit to ensure the changes to speed limits in Wales are promoted to driving instructors and examiners. The DVSA are responsible for making changes to the driving and theory test to ensure they comply by 17th September.
