What discussions has the Minister had with Velindre Cancer Centre about halting vegetation clearance at the Northern Meadows site in Cardiff until its full business case is approved by the Welsh Government?

This is part of the enabling works for the new Velindre Cancer Centre, which has been ongoing over the last 12 months. It is being completed within the current seasonal window and is approved by National Resources Wales after the scheme secured a European Protected Species licence.
The site enabling work is independent of the new Velindre Cancer Centre and the business case process that the scheme is currently following.
