Question
Why has the rural development programme funded Down To Earth projects in urban Whitchurch and Llandough, rather than rural developments further north?
Answer
Answered by Minister for Rural Affairs and North Wales, and Trefnydd
The current Rural Development Programme, measure 16 Enabling Natural Resources and Wellbeing (ENRaW) - Cooperation and Supply Chain Development Scheme operates on a pan Wales basis. No geographical targeting took place during the ENRaW application windows.
All applicants were checked for eligibility and scored on a competitive process.
