What assessment has the Minister made of the impact of the merging of development companies on the timescale for the Welsh Government’s building safety programme?

There will be no need to amend or enter a new contract with the developers as the result of a merger. The definition of “Participant Developer Group Company” captures the changes brought about by a merger.
