When will further data to be released on the impact of the Children (Abolition of Defence of Reasonable Punishment) (Wales) Act 2020?

An update to the monitoring data ‘Out of Court Parenting Support’, covering referrals for the period April 2022 – March 2023, is due for publication in April 2024. Another update is planned for Autumn 2024 for the period April 2023 – March 2024.
The research report ‘Public attitudes to physical punishment of children: wave 7 survey’ is due for publication this Spring.
