Will the Counsel General provide an update on the improvements to the accessibility of Welsh law set out in the Welsh Government's future of Welsh law programme for 2021-2026?

The Government reports annually to the Senedd on its programme to improve the accessibility of Welsh law. The 2022-23 annual report included a review of the operation of the Legislation (Wales) Act 2019, fulfilling a commitment made during the passage of the Bill. A revised programme was also published in January 2024.

The next annual report with be published in early November 2024 and will cover the period from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2024.
