Will the Cabinet Secretary make a statement on whether charitable almshouse associations are required to register as landlords with Rent Smart Wales?

The relevant legislation in relation to this matter is set out in the Housing (Wales) Act 2014. Whether or not a landlord is required to be registered with Rent Smart Wales is to be determined in accordance with Part 1 of that Act.
