Will the Cabinet Secretary outline whether the Welsh Government intends to review the maximum income threshold for someone to be eligible for a personal learning account?

The maximum income threshold eligibility for the Personal Learning Account Programme is reviewed annually so that it remains aligned to the median income in Wales.
