What percentage of Welsh recycling waste ends up in foreign landfill sites?

There should be no waste from Wales going for landfill disposal abroad. The UK Plan for Shipments of Waste prohibits imports and exports of waste to and from the UK for disposal. In addition, the latest available figures show that only 1.6% of waste from Wales is now sent to landfill.
