Has the Cabinet Secretary set a date for when he expects local authorities to announce their next steps in reviewing the 20mph speed limits?

We are continuing to support highway authorities in the implementation phase of assessing roads, making of traffic regulation orders and finally in the implementation of changes on the ground. The time each authority takes to do this will vary due to such factors as the number of roads being considered, their procedures and how they decide to engage with communities.
