Where on the route to addressing any fire safety issues does the Cabinet Secretary expect developers to currently be and when should the work be completed, following the written statement 'Building Safety in Wales' published on 20 September 2024?

Each building is unique and at different stages of planning and delivery. Progress made by developers against the obligations set out in the Welsh Government’s contract is monitored by officials, to ensure progress is made and works are completed as quickly as possible.
