Who is on the Joint Inspection Team for building safety in Wales and what are their enforcement powers?

The Joint Inspection Team (JIT) consists of experts in building control, environmental health, fire and rescue and fire engineering, please see: www.jit.wales; or www.jit.cymru for more information.
The JIT, acts in an advisory capacity to provide advice and make recommendations to existing enforcement authorities including real-time reporting on issues of significant concern. It does not have enforcement powers.
