What assessment has the Welsh Government made of the impact of kerbside waste collections on people with mobility restricting disabilities?

The collection of recycling and waste is a matter for each individual Local Authority who would need to assess the impact of their collection methods on households in their area. Many Local Authorities have adopted assisted collections to help those with mobility restricting disabilities.
