Question
Will the Government reassess the need for semi-rural office space, as proposed by the Hendre Lakes development plan, given the proposal is based on a local development plan from 2016, predating the fall in demand for office space since 2019?

The planning application is under active consideration and a decision will be issued in due course. As this is a live call-in case it would be inappropriate for the Welsh Ministers at this stage to provide any comment on the merits of the application in order to avoid prejudicing the final decision.
