Question
What assessment has the Government made of the possible impact on congestion on local roads of the Cardiff Hendre Lakes development, considering the developer’s own analysis shows that most travel to the location would be by car?

The planning application is under active consideration and a decision will be issued in due course. As this is a live call-in case it would be inappropriate for the Welsh Ministers at this stage to provide any comment on the merits of the application in order to avoid prejudicing the final decision.
