Question
Will the Welsh Government consider the use of loan guarantees for creative industries in order to de-risk investment to ensure that the creative industries in Wales are supported long term, including potentially expanding the role of the Development Bank for Wales?

We recognise the challenges faced by creative business in accessing finance including the provision of cashflow. Creative Wales are already in discussions with the Development Bank about how financial support for the creative sector can be improved.
