Question
What support will the Welsh Government offer to charities and third sector organisations such as Citizen’s Advice who will struggle to afford the increase in employers national insurance contributions, and cannot follow the UK Chancellor’s advice to absorb the cost through profits as third sector organisations often have no profits?
