Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an update on discussions with Conwy County Borough Council regarding the future use of the Welsh Government land and property on Dinerth Road in Rhos-on-Sea?

Discussions regarding the disposal of the site are in the final stages and legal transfer to the council’s preferred housing association is expected to occur in the coming weeks.
The costs associated with maintenance and security from December 2018 to November 2024 totals £66,583.
