Will the Cabinet Secretary facilitate the establishment of commercial lending facilities for housing developments' management companies, as requested by the Welsh Cladiators?

As outlined in WQ94871, my officials are exploring the creation of a Welsh Building Safety forum for leaseholders. I am unable to provide a timeline at this point; exploration and engagement on the idea is ongoing.
At the last Strategic Stakeholder Group meeting, a suggestion regarding medium to long term funding facilities for managing agents and management companies was made. My officials are currently taking advice on the proposal, including legal advice.
