What steps is a) the Cabinet Secretary and b) the NHS Executive's Strategic Clinical Network for Cancer taking to determine the future commissioning arrangements of the national standards for teenagers and young adults with cancer?

The Welsh Government is working with the NHS Executive to determine if teenage and young adult cancer could be subject to national commissioning arrangements by the NHS Joint Commissioning Committee.
The NHS Executive is developing a diagnostics implementation plan to outline further steps required to deliver modern and sustainable diagnostics services that will benefit all population age groups. Health Boards are responsible for planning and delivering diagnostics care to patients.
