Will the First Minister confirm a) how many overseas offices the Welsh Government has, b) where they are located, and c) which ones are based within British embassy or consulate buildings?

With the exception of Brussels, all 20 Welsh Government overseas offices are co-located with UK Government. Locations and staffing details are as follows:
