Will the Cabinet Secretary make a statement on NHS procurement arrangements for the provision of agency staff from local specialist primary care nursing agencies?

In primary care the use of temporary staffing, such as through an agency, is at the discretion of individual practices. Procurement arrangements for primary care are typically managed locally by individual health boards, utilising their local procurement teams.
