How will the Welsh Government ensure that active travel funding continues to address inequalities in access to safe cycling, particularly in deprived areas?

We are working with Corporate Joint Committees to develop Regional Transport Plans which will set out policies for delivering more accessible transport system in all parts of Wales, including by promoting and enabling walking, wheeling and cycling.
