Will the Cabinet Secretary provide a full breakdown of all funding provided by the Welsh Government directly and indirectly to the ASLEF, Community, CWU, FBU, GMB, MU, NUM, TSSA, UNISON, Unite and USDAW unions in each of the last five years?
