Question
Will the Welsh Government review the delivery of digital transformation in the NHS, in light of the Doctor's Manifesto for NHS Wales identifying the delay is causing excess deaths and cyber security issues, and NGOs and committees expressing concern about Digital Health and Care Wales's handling of the transformation?

Welsh Ministers will issue a remit letter to Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) setting out our priorities for delivery in 2025-26. Delivery of these priorities will be closely monitored and assessed.
