What assessment has the Welsh Government made of the impact of the UK Government's decision to reduce the NHS workforce in England on consequential funding for Wales?

The announcements around abolishing NHS England and the return of functions to the Department of Health and Social Care did not detail any reduction in overall funding for that Department.
Changes in the funding of the Department of Health and Social Care will flow through the Barnett process at the upcoming Spending Review in the normal way.
