Will the Cabinet Secretary provide a full breakdown of the Welsh Government's total funding across all departments, both direct and indirect, for non-government organisations?

The Welsh Government does not hold information on funding that is indirectly provided to third sector charities or non-government organisations.
In respect of direct funding, the information held by the Welsh Government is already in the public domain.
