What assessment has the Cabinet Secretary made of the impact on Wales's net zero targets of the UK Climate Change Committee?

The Climate Change Committee are our statutory advisors. They advise all devolved Governments in the UK and the UK Government. The delivery of the targets in Wales will be achieved by Welsh and UK Government policy, the actions of businesses and our communities.
