Question
What consideration has the Welsh Government given to the installation of average speed cameras on the A55 between Old Colwyn and Rhos on Sea?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Secretary for Transport and North Wales
My officials are currently commissioning work on the A55/A494 Route Management Strategy to identify issues and key challenges along the route including and not limited to safety, network performance, environment/climate change, growing the economy, communication and technology, asset management and future planning. This will include looking at speeds between Old Colwyn and Rhos on Sea.
