Question
Will the Commission provide a full breakdown of all costs associated with IT software, computers, screens, microphones and any other technology purchased for Members and others present in the temporary Senedd chamber, highlighting which will be redeployed directly to the new expanded Senedd chamber?

The ICT hardware and software used in Siambr Hywel to support the delivery of Plenary meetings while the main Siambr is expanded, is a combination of existing equipment transferred from the main Siambr and new equipment.
Wherever possible, equipment will be either moved back to the main Siambr, remain in Siambr Hywel to support ongoing operations in that space, or re-used elsewhere across the Senedd.
The following table shows the equipment, the cost and the intended use once the main Siambr is reopened. Where existing equipment has been moved from the main Siambr, the cost is shown as £0.00.
