Question
How much has been spent in total by the Welsh Government for all matters pertaining to advice, preparatory work and consultation for the devolution of justice?
Answer
Answered by Counsel General and Minister for Delivery
It is not possible to disaggregate spending on advice, preparatory work and consultation for the devolution of justice, as this work is delivered from the same budget lines as other aspects of justice policy development. This work includes tribunals reform, activity to manage the interface between devolved and non-devolved services related to justice, and supporting the Welsh Government and wider devolved public sector on justice matters.
