Question
Will the Cabinet Secretary provide a full itemised breakdown of how much the Welsh Government has spent to date on the Net Zero Skills Action Plan, including all associated spending on aspects within the plan?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Energy and Planning
In February 2023 the Welsh Government published its Net Zero Action Plan following a robust process of development and stakeholder consultation. Sector skills summaries and roadmaps were produced as a direct and necessary response to the consultation findings.
The total cost incurred for the Net Zero Skills Action plan consultation process, including engagement, analysis, and the development and publication of sector roadmaps was £85,460.34.
Any further analysis of all associated spending on aspects within the plan could only be provided at disproportionate cost.
