Did the Welsh Government have any involvement in the timing and delay of the release of the Gwynedd Child Practice Review report - Our Bravery Brought Justice?

The Child Practice Review report was commissioned by the North Wales Regional Safeguarding Board and is independent of Welsh Government.
The Welsh Government had no involvement in the decision to delay the publication of the report.
This report belongs entirely to the Regional Safeguarding Board and so questions about publication are a matter for them
